Xamie and Nate’s engagement photos at the University of New Mexico Main Campus in Albuquerque, New Mexico was truly fabulous! Exploring the UNM Campus and taking the cutest New Years Eve engagement photos of Xamie and Nate was the perfect way to end the decade!

When I saw Xamie + Nate’s engagement announcement on Facebook, I squealed like a banshee and was SO excited for them! I had photographed Xamie and Nate before (you can check out that blog by clicking here ) and had an absolute blast photographing them in the Alameda Bosque! When we started planning her engagement photos, I knew it was going to be a super special session! And oh my gosh, can we talk about how GORGEOUS Xamie’s engagement ring is?! My goodness! Nate did an AMAZING job choosing the most stunning, unique engagement ring for his bride to be!

Joshua Halladay of Suite 6 Hair Studio in Albuquerque New Mexico styled Xamie’s hair to absolute perfection. Jacqueline Chavez (Jacqueline Chavez Makeup Artistry) did Xamie’s makeup and she looked truly radiant! She kept it natural, but also glam! I love the beautiful teal dress Xamie chose for the photos and loved Nate’s outfits that perfectly paired with both of their looks!

The biggest surprise of the shoot was when Xamie and Nate told me that right after we finished shooting, they were going to rush home because they were going to surprise their family and friends and get married that evening! I was shook, but seriously SO excited for them! They would be moving to Arkansas together and I am so happy for them as they start this new journey together as husband and wife. <3
