I love capturing rehearsal dinners! It is definitely one of my favorite parts about wedding experience. I love seeing the joy on the couples faces as well as their loved ones as they celebrate that the big day they’ve all been looking forward to is finally here! The planning and all of their hard work has led up to these moments and it’s time for the wedding festivities to begin!

Katie and Frankie had one of the greatest Santa Fe rehearsal dinners that I have ever photographed. I loved that they chose an Italian dinner party theme for their rehearsal dinner at their family’s home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. From the red and white checkered tablecloths to the fresh basil and dry pasta noodles in vases, the Italian themed decor made for such a fun and beautiful welcome party! I was blown away with how incredible it all looked amongst the beauty of the Santa Fe scenery. City Treats Catering and Parties brought all of the Italian food yumminess to the party! Delicious salad, a build-your-own pasta bar, stuffed mushrooms, and eggplant capanode — the food was insanely tasty!

I loved that all of Frankie’s groomsmen wore Hawaiian shirts and khaki shorts! Katie and her brides looked gorgeous in their summer dresses (and a romper!). All of their guests had the perfect attire for a fun summer party!

The most amazing part of the evening was seeing how excited Katie, Frankie, their family and friends were to all be together. Some had just met for the first time, but they were all coming together to be there for Katie and Frankie as they began their journey to happily ever after.
