HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

These sessions have a 5 minute photo duration. This is just enough time to get everyone posed just right and capture (hopefully) one cute smiling photo perfect for your holiday card. If you think you'll need more time than this, please plan on purchasing more than one session. We limit this to 6 people for one session and they should all be from the same nuclear family.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes early to check in.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY SESSION?

Once you book your session, we will send a guide with lots of advice + tips for how to slay your mini session! This includes outfit inspiration, color pallet guides, + more!

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We love pets! I'll never EVER say no when you ask to bring them along. Logistically, though, there are some things to think about!

They have to be socially comfortable and very safe. We are in a hotel with lots of small children around. We just want everyone to be safe and want to be as respectful to the hotels and others as possible :)

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

We will be sending you a link to your personal online gallery within 48 hours (but, we will try to send them much sooner!).

HOW WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?

All edited images will be delivered in an online gallery. From this gallery, you, friends, + family are welcome to download, share, + print images

DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS OR PRODUCTS OR CAN I DO THAT ON MY OWN?

Once we send the gallery, the photos are yours to own and print how you please. Your gallery will include download information and a print release. There is a print store in the gallery if you would like to purchase any of the prints + products we offer, but you are not obligated to!

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE PHOTOS?

Since these are super quick sessions, we have to limit the amount of people in the photos. We can accommodate a total of 5 people in one session. If you would like photos with more than 5 people in your family/group, you will have to purchase additional session(s). We recommend that the 5 people in the photo should all be in the same nuclear family. For example: if you want to have your kids take photos with all of their cousins and you also want photos of just your kids, you + your honey, each kiddo individually, and just your brothers or sisters kids, please purchase two spots. If you are okay with just a cousins shot and there are less than 5 of them, then one session is totes fine :)

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

It totally depends per session, but we guesstimate anywhere between 10-30 images. You will receive almost all of the photos from your session! :D
